After an overwhelmingly successful grand opening at the beginning of October, only 14 Phase One homes remain at Station House, a new West Oakland townhome community. Now, developer City Ventures is encouraging prospective buyers to act quickly — this is the last chance to purchase and close on a home before the next phase is released in 2017.
Phase One homes that are still available include spacious two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from about 1,240 to 2,060 square feet. All are completely electric and solar powered thanks to City Ventures’ Green Key technology. With features including high-efficiency lighting, high-performance appliances and materials and water-wise appliances, residents will not pay a gas bill and will be able to reduce their electricity bills by as much as 80 percent.
Station House residents will also benefit from the community’s location in booming West Oakland. Just seven minutes from downtown San Francisco by BART, and three minutes by car from the I-880 on-ramp, it’s easy to get nearly anywhere. Even closer at hand are the scenic, meandering pathways and trendy eateries of Mandela Parkway.
The next phase of homes at Station House will be released in 2017, and City Ventures is encouraging those interested in a Phase One home to contact a sales manager now. All homes are still selling at grand opening prices, and it won’t be long before they are no longer available.
