Rosehaven Homes has released a collection of modern, open-concept townhouses at its burgeoning Brampton low-rise community, The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant.

The limited Mount Pleasant Contemporary TownHaus Collection includes 35 spacious residences ranging from 1,653 square feet up to 1,914 square feet, with three unique contemporary freehold townhome designs to choose from.

The townhomes range from two- to three-storey models, and offer impressive outdoor space. For instance, the two-storey Courtyard Towns boast a private outdoor courtyard, while the three-storey Terrace Towns include a sun-soaked rear second-floor terrace.

Amenities — including ample retail at Credit Ridge Commons and Golden Gate Plaza — surround the neighbourhood by Bovaird Drive and Mississauga Road. And more amenities are on their way, as the area is dotted with proposed schools and additional retail.

Although all the essentials are close at hand, it’s also possible to easily commute to Toronto from Mount Pleasant. The nearby Brampton GO Station provides a link to the city in just 45 minutes. Easy access to Highways 407, 410 and 401. Of course, for getting around the immediate area, the local Züm provides rapid bus service.

It should come as no surprise that the Mount Pleasant Contemporary TownHaus Collection’s grand opening, which took place earlier this month, generated considerable buzz. Pre-registrants lined up for appointments, so only a handful of residences remain available.

Next year, Rosehaven will be following up this release with a fourth phase at Mount Pleasant and the debut of striking model homes.
