Amid the vineyards and orchards spread out across Niagara wine country, Phelps Homes is now selling an exclusive collection of bungalow towns.

Following an earlier registration-only period, the builder has just entered the sales phase at The Kingsway, a bungalow-townhome community in quaint-yet-bustling Jordan Village.

Prices for the 25 homes available for purchase in this community begin in the upper $400,000s, and buyers have 10 floorplans to choose from, including the spacious Semillon layout.

Named for a grape used in white wines — a nod to the region’s renowned wineries — the Semillon boasts plenty of room to stretch out. The walk-up floorplan features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a total of 1,556 square feet of living space.

Being in the heart of wine country, residents at The Kingsway will benefit from many of the fine restaurants and other amenities including Jordan Historical Museum, Jordan Village Square, and the 20 Valley Shopping District.

The homes in this community line two quiet cul de sacs just off King Street north of St. John’s Drive, affording residents privacy despite the homes’ proximity to vibrant attractions in one of the province’s most popular tourism destinations.

Phelps Homes has been building homes in Niagara since 1975. This year, the residential developed received the Diamond Award for best home builder from the Grimsby Lincoln News. The distinction is just one of the dozens of awards the Phelps Homes has racked up over the years.
