At ParkCity, a new four-storey Burlington condo community from Tobyn Park Homes, residents won’t have to give up a spacious home for urban convenience.

Take ParkCity’s sizeable one-bedroom-plus-den Green Park suites, for instance. At 707 square feet, these large, open-concept residences feature convenient layouts making the most of the already-generous space they provide.

A combination living-dining room leads out to a balcony or patio, as per plan, creating an ideal layout for entertaining, while also letting light flow inside through large windows. The breakfast bar builds on this setup by partially separating the kitchen without completely cutting it off.

The bedroom, just off the living-dining room, boasts not one, but two closets as well as ensuite access to the bathroom, which can also be entered from the den, located by the foyer. This potentially multi-purpose den provides more than enough room for an office.

The foyer, on the other hand, is flanked by a convenient closet on one side and the ensuite laundry on the other.

Of course, whatever the floor plan residents choose, those who call ParkCity home will have access to the community’s club-style main-floor amenities.

These include a fitness room featuring state-of-the-art workout equipment, a media lounge and a party room with a billiards table, kitchen, dining room and plenty of seating for hosting gatherings of all sizes.

There is also a guest suite and, of course, a sprawling two-acre park nestled in the heart of the community — hence ParkCity’s name.

ParkCity’s zero-emission geothermal system, which will be responsible for heating and cooling the community, was recently installed. The geothermal system draws heat from underground in colder months and forces heat out of suites in times of warmer weather — all without burning any fossil fuels.
