Primrose, a new condo and townhome development from Transca Development, is coming soon to Vancouver’s Cambie Corridor. The building is currently in preconstruction at Cambie Street and West 33rd Avenue, and prospective buyers can register now to receive updates.
Few details have been released, but it’s already clear that the 78 homes at Primrose will have plenty to offer. One, two and three bedrooms will be available, and all will come with modern touches, such as air conditioning and imported Italian cabinetry with integrated LED lighting. Homes will also include engineered-stone countertops and backsplashes, as well as luxe fixture and appliance packages.
Aside from those features, prospective buyers are being drawn in by Primrose’s location on the Cambie Corridor, an up-and-coming urban hub just steps from Queen Elizabeth Park. The 130-acre park is one of Vancouver’s best-known green spaces, and its beautiful, well-maintained gardens call to mind England’s vast country estates. It’s also home to the incredibly lush Bloedel Conservatory.
Transca Developments will be revealing more information about Primrose and opening a presentation centre in September. In the meantime, you can register here to be among the first to receive updates.
