Cressey is nearly ready to reveal McKinnon, its latest offering in Vancouver’s historic Kerrisdale neighbourhood. The condo and townhome development is currently in preconstruction at West Boulevard and West 47th Avenue, and a presentation centre and display home are scheduled to open on July 30th.

Two-bedroom to three-bedroom plus den and lounge homes will be on offer at McKinnon, as well as penthouse-level homes and a collection of townhomes. Cressey is presenting the building’s 40 homes as single-family living spaces, and accordingly they all have spacious, well-planned layouts. In addition, penthouses will have private rooftop balconies, and townhomes will have private entrances and private garages. Prices will start at $1.3 million.

McKinnon is Cressey’s second set of homes in Kerrisdale after Sterling, a condo development scheduled for completion next year. Its 37 homes are now nearly all out, and Cressey believes Kerrisdale’s rich history and strong community have been part of the appeal for buyers. The area has been a residential hub since the early 1900s, when BC Electric Railway built a station there, and today families and diverse businesses continue to thrive.

After opening on July 30th, McKinnon’s presentation centre and display home will be open daily at 3130 Arbutus Street, Vancouver from 12pm to 5pm, excluding Fridays. Stop by for a visit if you think one of the development’s luxurious homes could be right for you. You can also register here to receive updates.
