After breaking ground last summer, construction at Eau du Soleil Condominiums has been progressing steadily along the shores of Humber Bay. The two tower development by Empire Communities has recently hit a new milestone now that excavation is fully complete and work on the multi-level underground parking garage continues towards grade. At this point in the process workers have poured over 13,300 cubic metres of concrete and placed over 1,100 tonnes of steel.

When construction wraps up in 2018, Eau du Soleil will feature two contemporary towers rising 63 storeys and 49 storeys into the Humber Bay skyline. Designed by the renowned Zeidler Partnership and E.I. Richmond Architects, the development will be one of the tallest waterfront condos in Canada and is sure to become a local landmark with its crisp white facade marked by wraparound balconies.

The buildings are also located offset from each other to maintain views of the lake and are joined together in a cascading effect towards the podium. At the base of the building, a beautifully landscaped arrivals court will lead homeowners and guests into a grand two-story lobby complete with a 24-hour concierge.

These include a spa-inspired indoor saltwater pool and hot tub, an elegant party room with kitchen and an exclusive multipurpose sky court and water lounge — just to name a few.
