Adi Development Group was a big winner at this year’s Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) Awards held last Thursday at the new Universal Event Space in Vaughan. The annual awards ceremony recognizes the achievements of new home builders, developers, architects, designers and sales and marketing professionals across the GTA.

This year, Adi took home the prize for Best Suite Design for the Norte model at their much-anticipated Nautique Lakefront Residences project in downtown Burlington.

The Norte offers 576 square feet of living space and features a cosy den off of the foyer, a gourmet kitchen with an integrated dining table, and a large living area with great views out to the balcony.

The floor plan splits the space in two with the main living areas on one side and the master suite on the other. The innovative layout allows for an expansive master retreat that spans the entire length of the unit and comes complete with two closets and direct access to the bathroom.

“We’re super excited to be recognized as a winner for our product and our suite design for Nautique Lakefront Residences,” said Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group. “We take extreme pride in not only how the luxury suites look, but, most importantly, how they function. We put so much thought into how our clients live in their suites.”

Another highlight that is sure to impress prospective homebuyers is the large barn door that slides on tracks and separates the master bedroom with the living room. This unique feature not only allows for a much larger and open living space, but is also perfect for watching TV from the comfort of your bed.

Designed by the award winning team at Cecconi Simone, all the suites at Nautique boast an impressive list of features and finishes including plank laminate floors, soaring ceilings, and breathtaking city and lake views through floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies and terraces as per plan.

Home cooks will feel right at home in the contemporary kitchens which come complete with an integrated panelled fridge and dishwasher, built-in oven with ceramic cooktop, and a stainless steel microwave. They’ll also be surrounded by custom cabinetry with plenty of storage space, beautiful Corian countertops, and elegant and functional under-cabinet lighting.

“The level of sophistication and luxury quality of the finishes is unrivaled,” said Saud Adi, COO at Adi Development Group. “Nothing remotely exists in Burlington on the caliber of Nautique’s suites and building amenities. This building will be the place to live and there will be nothing else like it. The 360-degree views of the beautiful waterfront and city are simply breathtaking.”

Residents of Nautique will also benefit from a wide array of lifestyle amenities situated just above the podium and on the 18th floor. The podium level amenity space is where you’ll find an outdoor pool, barbecue area, and a luxurious lounge with retractable nanowalls for alfresco dining and lounging during the warmer months.

The 18th floor amenity space adds a sleek fireside lounge, library, and dining room with kitchen. Other onsite amenities include a private lakeside club, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and ground floor retail spaces.

Although the project is already over 75 per cent sold, there’s still a great selection of suites to choose from priced from the $300,000s. To see all the suites available be sure to visit the presentation centre and model suite located at 375 Brant Street in Burlington, open Monday to Thursday from 1pm to 6pm, Friday by appointment, and weekends from 12pm to 5pm.
