Coming soon to Toronto’s sought-after Leslieville, Bespoke Towns by Buena Vista Development Corp. is a brand new stacked townhome community designed by the award-winning architecture and interior design firm AUDAX Architecture.

The exteriors — inspired by the classic row houses that line the streets of London — feature clean brick facades with precast stone and stucco, while double-height framed windows, dark charcoal metal cladding, and wrought-iron railings add further character and charm. The final result is a four-storey building with 11 ground level suites with a garden patio and 11 upper units with rooftop terraces and balconies.

Inside, the dynamic team has created well-designed living spaces with floorplans ranging from 1,100 square feet to 1,600 square feet that appeal to all types of home buyers from young families to empty nesters. Each unit comes well-appointed and utilizes a rich palette of textures, materials and colours that combine a modern sensibility with traditional accents.

The custom interiors include nine foot ceilings on main levels, shaker-style interior doors, and glass garden doors. Residents will also benefit from standard central air conditioning, secure underground parking, bicycle and storage lockers and a heated pet spa.

To get closer look at Bespoke Towns, BuzzBuzzHome News visited the presentation centre located inside a former commercial building at the corner of Coxwell Avenue and Dundas Street East. The converted space boasts a beautifully decorated model suite designed by Audax Architecture and MCR Interiors. The suite is finished with five inch wide plank engineered hardwood floors and showcases the impressive features and finishes that come standard with every home.

A U-shaped gourmet kitchen greets visitors with soft blue-gray tones, glass display cabinet and white Caesarstone countertops with an extended breakfast bar. The porcelain tile backsplash installed in a brick-lay pattern is clean and sophisticated while the stainless steel Kraus undermount apron sink gives a modern nod to the classic country kitchen look. A premium stainless steel appliance package is also included consisting of a bottom mount French door fridge, microwave, dual fuel range, 24 inch dishwasher and 30 inch range hood.

In the dining room, a contemporary, straight-legged dining table in charcoal sits below a dramatic black chandelier and is matched with a collection of grey curved-back chairs.

Shades of grey are echoed in the adjacent living room where a stylish grey sofa is flanked with two simple yet elegant marble-topped side tables. Two solid wood coffee tables and matching accent chairs complete the space with decorative accessories that add a pop of colour.

At the rear of the suite, visitors can get a glimpse of the 522-square-foot rooftop terraces that are included with upper level units. When completed, these spaces will provide unobstructed city and lake views and come standard with a water hose bib, gas connections for a barbecue and composite deck flooring.

Prices at Bespoke Towns start from the mid $500,000s. To learn more about the development and to see the model suite for yourself, be sure to visit the presentation centre located at 96 Coxwell Avenue, open weekends from 12pm to 5pm, Thursday from 3pm to 8pm, or by appointment.
