Heritage Lane, a private enclave of 23 detached homes by Granite Homes in Fergus, is hosting its grand opening this weekend.

This VIP launch will take place on Saturday, April 30th, at the new Heritage Lane sales centre at 370 Belsyde Avenue in Fergus from 12pm to 4pm. To attend, register here.

The community will feature both bungalows and two-storey homes, including one carefully restored and renovated century home, part of a later phase two release, in the heart of the development.

Just to the north of Guelph, historic Fergus is Centre Wellington’s largest community. Its downtown core is lined with boutique shops and restaurants housed in old limestone buildings, one of the defining characteristics of the area.

The homes at Heritage Lane will fit right in with traditional facades of stone and brick. But on the inside, familiar modern treatments abound, including nine-foot main-floor ceilings, luxurious kitchens with granite countertops, as well as optional finished basements.

The community borders J.D. Hogarth Public School, and offers both green space and shopping nearby. Along with the new residential development, Granite Homes will create a convenient pathway linking homes to Belsyde Avenue.

Bungalows range in size from 1,470 square feet to 2,400 square feet, and include loft designs. Two-storey designs will start at 2,189 square feet and go up to 2,673 square feet.

Granite Homes is currently offering pre-construction pricing at Heritage Lane, currently starting in the high $400,000s.

Register for the event on Granite Homes’ website, or email cbrady@granitehomes.ca or call 519 362 4678 for more information.
