Harmony Village Sheppard by City Core Developments Inc. and Fortress Real Developments has announced special purchaser incentives for the month of March. The incentives include $5,000 off studios, $10,000 off one-bedroom and one-bedroom plus den suites, and $15,000 off the price of a two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den or three-bedroom suites. A leaseback option for two years at $3 per square feet commencing at occupancy is also available.

Plus, for a limited time purchasers can take advantage of additional offers including free assignment, a murphy bed for studio suites and up to $20,000 off select floorplans.

Now under construction at 3260 Sheppard Avenue East, the master-planned community features two Page + Steele IBI Group Architects-designed 30-storey towers. Designed for LEED Gold certification, the buildings boast a number of green initiatives like water conservation features, rainwater harvesting, improved air circulation and even a living bio wall in the lobby to generate more oxygen.


Residents will also benefit from a Geothermal Heat Exchange system that uses constant ground temperature by drawing heat into the building in the winter, and extracting it out to cool the building in the summer. The system will supply the majority of heating and cooling for the complex, while reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.

Phase one of the project includes 291 units ranging in size from 388 square feet to 1,800 square feet and equipped with nine foot ceilings, quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms and premium laminate floors in main living areas. A full appliance package is also included and consists of an electric cooktop, built-in microwave, oven, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher.

Thoughtful touches like lowered light switches, grab bars and easy-access shower entrances are also available to ensure that the development is fully accessible for all residents.


When it comes to amenities, Harmony Village Sheppard doesn’t disappoint. The development offers all the typical condo amenities today’s homebuyers are looking for including a party room, saltwater pool, and state-of-the-art fitness centre.
