Guelph’s spring home buying season is kicking into high gear. Solterra, a master-planned community by Fusion Homes, is celebrating with a new release of townhomes, semi-detached homes and single detached homes on 30 foot and 40 foot wide lots. On Saturday, March 19th, potential purchasers will be lining up outside the sales centre at 374 MacAlister Boulevard for a chance to buy into this prestigious south end community.

The three bedroom freehold townhomes boast innovative features and versatile layouts. Ranging from 1,475 to 1,665 square feet, the towns are equipped with inviting foyers, eat-in kitchens, great rooms, mudrooms with optional uppers for storage and luxurious master suites featuring his and hers walk-in closets (as per plan). One 30 foot detached home site will be up for grabs at the March 19th release event. Two 40 foot lots are also available, designed as the Heatherly Elevation B or the Helmsley Elevation B — both four bedroom homes with three and a half baths.

Interiors will be characterized by nine foot ceilings on main floors, custom kitchen cabinetry, Moen plumbing fixtures, ceramic and porcelain wall tiles for tub surrounds, space saving configurations for walk-in closets and the buyer’s choice of Berber, textured frieze or plush carpeting.
