The Rose Modern will feature 82 spacious units ranging from studios to penthouses, located at 501 East 74th Street. The new model residence photos display an attention to light and an open feel, with warm, yet clean finishes.
The new development reflects “a more contemporary design than the area has seen in decades, with a strong focus on the modern New York lifestyle,” said Douglas Wagner, director of brokerage service at BOND New York, The Rose Modern’s exclusive leasing and marketing agent.
The new suite photos showcase the complementary work of architecture firm Stephen B. Jacobs Group and Andi Pepper Interior Design, which capitalizes on the building’s glass facade. Large windows and glass patio doors bathe units in light. In 75 percent of the units, those glass doors lead to one or two balconies, and six units will have private terraces.
In the kitchen, top of the line appliances with stainless steel finishes contrast with white Caesarstone countertops and charcoal subway tile backsplashes. Kitchens are flooded with natural light and feature an open concept layout that seems primed for entertaining and interaction.
Bathrooms have a similarly airy, serene feel, thanks to a monochromatic color palette, windows and mirrored cabinetry. Cleverly placed spa-inspired lighting highlights a glass-walled shower with full tub.
Besides the open layouts and gorgeous interiors, The Rose Modern will also feature industry-leading amenities. Residents will enjoy a 24-hour doorman, gym, yoga room, bicycle room, storage facility, Tenant’s Club and rooftop space with outdoor kitchen. Washer-dryers come standard in one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Leases for available units in the 20-story rental development range in price from $2,675 to $22,000. The development has been a hit, with BOND New York taking applications on 20 percent of the total inventory in The Rose Modern’s first week on the market.
