The diminutive structure, dubbed the Big Apple’s first micro apartment building, houses 55 rental units ranging from 265 to 360 square feet and is packed with amenities such as a fitness centre, spa area, and co-working space, and juice bar, which begs the question: where did they fit all that stuff?
