Lion dance performers took centre stage, moving to the beat of the drums and cymbals at last Saturday’s Chinese New Year celebration at Fifth on the Park Condos. The Chinese tradition, in which performers mimic a lion’s movement, is commonly performed during cultural and religious festivals, and is believed to bring prosperity and good luck.
In addition to the colourful performances, treats, and entertainment, guests were were able to take advantage of limited time purchase incentives including a 10 per cent deposit program, two years of free maintenance, zero assignment fee and permission to have non-purchaser occupants during the interim occupancy.
When the project is completed in 2018, Fifth on the Park will become the second tower in the second phase of Elad Canada’s master-planned Emerald City community in North York. The modern slender point tower will rise 24 storeys above one of the area’s highest point at Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue and will house 240 well-appointed units.
Ranging in size from 486 square feet to 818 square feet, the suites at Fifth on the Park boast high quality standard features and finishes including wide plank laminate flooring, nine foot ceilings, porcelain tile in bathrooms, and a soaker tub or shower stall as per plan. Kitchens also come well-equipped with solid surface countertops, contemporary cabinets, and a stainless steel appliance package with integrated dishwasher.
Residents will also have access to a wealth of in-house health and lifestyle amenities. Typical condo amenities like a party room, fully-equipped fitness centre, swimming pool, saunas, and an outdoor patio and terrace are all included. However, Elad has gone a step further by adding a WiFi Café Lounge, an arcade and game centre and even a karaoke/theatre room.
Even more amenities are just steps away at the newly opened Parkway Forest Community Centre, located across the street. The state-of-the-art facility features a full-size gymnasium, weight room, dance studios, running track, craft and meeting rooms, youth lounge, commercial teaching kitchen, YMCA-run daycare centre and a rooftop garden. An aquatic centre and outdoor pool are also slated to open later this year. Other neighbourhood attractions and amenities include the Fairview Mall, Parkway Forest Park, and the Don Mills subway station.
Prices at Fifth on the Park start in the mid-$200,000s. To learn more about the project be sure to register online and visit the sales centre located on Sheppard Avenue, east of Don Mills Road.
