Construction is well underway on the second building of the award-winning Crossroads of Rutherford in Southwest Edmonton.

Homes in building No. 2 will included the most popular and celebrated floorplans from the original building, as well as new and improved homes tailored to buyers’ wants and needs. Possessions in the second building are scheduled for late summer 2016.
