The Randall Residences by Rosehaven Homes celebrated an award-winning night at the recent 2015 International Property Awards held in Barbados. The luxury condominium won recognition in three distinct categories: a Five Star Award for Development Marketing for Canada, Highly Commended Award for Condominium Project for Canada and a Highly Commended Award for Residential Development for Canada

As a high scoring regional winner, the development is automatically entered into the overall International Summit Awards which ultimately determines the world’s finest properties and companies.

However the multiple awards aren’t the only reason to celebrate, as the 36-unit residence is now over 70 per cent sold with construction well underway.

Scheduled for completion in spring 2017, the four storey building will feature beaux arts-inspired architecture by renowned Canadian architect Richard Wengle. Characterized by a precast stone façade with limestone details, symmetrical window fenestrations, and formal cornices and columns, the exterior architecture exudes an elegant and timeless design reminiscent of historical Parisian buildings.

“We tried to achieve a level of refined elegance that hasn’t been clearly attained in the GTA before,” said Wengle. “Our goal was to take the experience of waking up in a beautiful European hotel and offer it to the discerning buyer in an understated yet overtly elegant condominium design.”

The classic elegance of the exterior is echoed inside where suites, designed by Ferris Rafauli, boast rich millwork, high end finishes and Juliette terraces. Standard features and finishes include grand entrance foyers, soaring 10 foot ceilings, engineered hardwood and marble slab floors.

Although the project is already 70 per cent sold, a wide selection of suites ranging in size from 1,807 square feet to over 2,900 square feet is still available and priced from $2 million.
