Rosedale Aerial

Those who purchase a unit from SkyWatch Condos, the second phase of The Rosedale on Bloor Condos from The Gupta Group, will be receiving more than a home boasting a prime location near the intersection of Yonge and Bloor streets.

They will also walk away with a Rolex watch, courtesy of The Gupta Group.

The developer is handing out one of the opulent timepieces with each SkyWatch Condos unit it sells, following the successful completion of Phase 1 sales.

The SkyWatch residences are located between the 26th and 48th floors of the mixed-use high-rise tower, providing impressive views of Toronto, from the Don Valley to the downtown core and beyond.

Below, the 10-storey podium of The Rosedale on Bloor will be home to Canada’s first Canopy by Hilton, the hoteliers four-star boutique offshoot.

Canopy by Hilton focuses on reflecting the character of each neighbourhood it’s located in, rather than conforming to cookie-cutter brand guidelines, as Gupta Group CEO Steve Gupta recently pointed out.

With its location at 387 Bloor Street East within The Rosedale on Bloor, Canopy will have plenty of influences to draw on, including the galleries, boutique shops, and cafes of Yorkville, just a few minutes to the west.

Units included in the SkyWatch launch start in the mid-$200,000 range. The Rosedale on Bloor’s 476 units range in size from 307 to 871 square feet.
