R/Towns, a four-storey Toronto townhome community by the Shiu Pong Group of Companies, is hosting its grand opening this Saturday at 12pm inside the front foyer of Trident Banquet Hall near Islington Avenue and the Gardiner Expressway.

Visiting the hall will give attendees the exclusive opportunity to purchase the 14 available homes in the collection. But on top of that, the builder is offering a bonus upgrade of up to $8,000 with each purchase, on top of the already included Standard of Excellence package, valued at $35,000.

Those who attend the event will also get a good a sense of just how convenient the community’s location is: the Trident Banquet Hall at 145 Evans Avenue is just a one-minute drive from the future Etobicoke site of R/Towns at 431 Royal York Road.

An urban area in Toronto’s west end, this part of Etobicoke puts residents close to Sherway Gardens, a mall with over 200 retailers, Queensway Shopping Centre, and the boutiques, cafes, and bars of Bloor West Village.

It also boasts plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. For instance, in addition to the two outdoor spaces each R/Towns residence includes, future owners can take advantage of the Lakeshore West Trail.

The community is minutes by foot from Mimico Go Station, and only a stone’s throw from the Gardiner Expressway, providing quick and easy access to the downtown core. Likewise, Royal York Subway Station is a short drive north from R/Towns.

Available homes range from 1,800 to over 2,000 square feet, and feature private parking and high-quality finishes like granite kitchen countertops (as per plan) and solid oak stairs and handrails.
