belle aireThe temperature is low and snow is still falling, but spring is just a little more than two months away. Belle Aire Shores, a community of towns and single family homes, is gearing up for the launch of Phase One, which will take place during the warmer months. The development, which is a joint venture between Fernbrook Homes, Pristine Homes and Zancor Homes, is located in sought-after Innisfil, just steps from the shores of Lake Simcoe.

Construction of the sales centres and six model homes is now well underway, and the Belle Aire Shores team has begun collecting registrations for the VIP preview opening event. The Vaughan-based firm, RN Design, is hard at work creating a wide range of home designs and plans for the community. The single family homes will be situated on 36’, 42’ and 50’ lots, while prices for the townhomes will start from the low $300,000s.

Interior design firm Kelly Harvey Living will be outfitting the six model homes once construction is complete. With over 10 years’ experience in the GTA, Kelly has her own line of classic lifestyle furniture and received two BILD Awards in 2013 for her work on another residential development.
