PACE on Main, an upscale condo development from award-winning builder Geranium Homes, has hit a major sales milestone. The 67-unit luxury community in downtown Stouffville recently passed the 50 per cent sales mark.

The development has accomplished an impressive feat, especially as PACE on Main is poised to become the first mid-rise condo development on Stouffville’s Main Street.

PACE on Main’s unique status may come as a surprise given that the prime location puts future residents in the heart of an active downtown that’s dotted with amenities you’d expect from a larger city.

In fact, Stouffville is home to a number of cultural attractions including the modern public art of the Duffins-Stouffville Sculpture Walk and the live theatre performed at the Lebovic Centre for Arts and Entertainment.

The downtown farmer’s market, meanwhile, provides residents the chance to stock up on fresh local produce, and the Main Street’s retailers are a blend of rustic and modern. Take, for instance, The Red Bulb Espresso Bar, an independent, city-style cafe located within a charming historic brick building.

With a Community Improvement Plan established for the downtown area, Main Street’s offerings are likely to get even better over time.

This underscores the opportunity PACE on Main will provide future residents: it’s a chance to plant roots and invest in a burgeoning community now, while it’s still affordable – think Markham of 10 years ago.

But although Stouffville is growing, residents at PACE on Main, a boutique building, will still enjoy a sense of community. With amenities such as the lounge and terrace, there will be plenty of opportunities for residents to get to know each other.

PACE on Main is nearby Highways 48, 404 and 407, which means a weekend in Muskoka is within easy reach. Meanwhile, Markham is just 10 minutes by car, and Toronto is accessible by GO Transit.

Prices at PACE on Main, located at Main and Lloyd Streets, range from $329,900 to $765,900 with luxury appointments including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and spa-inspired bathrooms.
