colour-min With bright pops of colour set against crisp white walls, the Briar Hill City Towns sales office feels instantly welcoming. To showcase its collection of one or two storey stacked towns, Madison Homes enlisted the help of interior designer Paula Gauci of Turner Fleischer. The space features a suite vignette based on the A1 floorplan, with an open-concept kitchen/living/dining area, den, bathroom and even a mock-up of the expansive rooftop terrace available in floorplans C and D.

design packages-min Potential buyers are invited to choose from four distinct design packages, which include an array of colours and high-quality materials. The architectural model and an interactive display will help visitors to better visualize the master-planned community, which consists of six, four-storey buildings.

Two bedroom and two bedroom plus den units are currently available, priced from the low $400,000s. Interiors will be distinguished by nine foot ceilings, modern kitchen cabinetry and laminate flooring. Madison Homes’ design consultants will assist buyers in their selection of finishes and colour palettes.

terrace-min Briar Hill City Towns will boast underground parking and a multipurpose party room with a kitchenette, seating area and an adjacent outdoor patio. The development is located at the corner of Dufferin and Briar Hill Avenue, and is surrounded by schools, parks, grocery stores, restaurants, big-box retailers, recreation centers and libraries.

The neighbourhood is transit-friendly as well — the Glencairn subway station is nearby, and will whisk you downtown in 20 minutes. When the Eglinton Crosstown line opens in 2022, it will be easier than ever to connect with other midtown neighbourhoods. Plus, the onramp Highway 401 is just down the street.
