Vida Vida Condos, Castle Group’s development in Bayview Village, has been busy this fall season. During September and October, Vida and Bayview Village held Scrumptious Sundays weekly in the mall, drawing condo hunters from all over the GTA.

A different event was held each Sunday and the room was always packed with shoppers and community members. Some of the events included a cooking lesson from Il Fornello executive chef Tommy McHugh, a fashion presentation from Pink Tartan and a “Tea 101” session with the experts from David’s Tea.

Barry Chaim, the founder of EDO Sushi, was also there to teach audience members about Japanese cuisine. Another favourite was a meet and greet with Meghan Telpner, professional nutritionist and author of the bestselling cookbook The UnDiet Cookbook. The gleaming open kitchen on display in Bayview Village was an example of a kitchen that will be available to purchasers at Vida.

In addition to these events, Vida is currently offering an incentive of $10,000 cash back to buyers. But this deal won’t last long, so those interested had better hurry!

Located at 621 Sheppard Avenue East, Vida Condos is across from all the restaurants, conveniences and luxury retail of Bayview Village. Residents will have access to favourites like Oliver & Bonacini, Restoration Hardware and Teatro Verde.

Plus, the development is adjacent to Bessarion subway station, making it easy to reach almost all points of the GTA within minutes. Highway 401, Leslie Street, Sheppard Avenue and Bayview Avenue are also nearby for a quick commute.

Units range in size from 431 to 1,151 square feet and prices start at $249,900. The development is scheduled for completion in 2017.
