Following a successful trial in the San Francisco market, we’re happy to announce that BuzzBuzzHome is launching an embeddable new construction map in New York City.

The NYC map displays all new development listings in the city and metro area, along with market analytics. The first iteration was rolled out in San Francisco on The Registry SF, a popular real estate development publication in the Bay Area.

With this initiative, it’s our aim to add value to other sites that wish to help homebuyers easily access accurate, comprehensive information on homes in the community they want to live in.

“It’s an opportunity to create more efficiency in the marketplace by taking work that our team has already done and making it freely available for any site to use,” said Kiyoko Fujimura, BuzzBuzzHome’s Executive Vice President.

On the publisher’s side, the map is valuable content that will be updated automatically on an ongoing basis once it’s embedded, ensuring your site’s users have access to the most up-to-date residential development data from BuzzBuzzHome.

Once the map has been embedded, users will have all the features readily accessible on your page that they would ordinarily need to visit BuzzBuzzHome to find. Users can set search filters and browse by neighborhood while also accessing BuzzBuzzHome Market analytics on both the city and neighborhood level. Want to know how the two-bedroom floorplan you’re looking at compares to the median price in the city? Want to only search for studios in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood? You can do all of this through BuzzBuzzHome’s embeddable map tool.

The map is also incredibly simple for other sites to embed. We’ll be rolling the map out in other markets soon. If you’re interested in embedding BuzzBuzzHome’s residential development map onto your site, drop us a line at tips@buzzbuzzhome.com.
