Toll Brothers City Living has just announced the first closings and move-ins at 400 Park Avenue South, its luxurious 40-story residential tower in NoMad.

David Von Spreckelsen, the New York Division President of Toll Brothers City Living, said that the company is excited to welcome new residents who are now enjoying the 360-degree views and all the industry-leading amenities the building has to offer.

Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc, the building offers 365 residences ranging from studio to four-bedroom layouts with a variety of impressive city views. Each suite features open-concept floorplans, airy floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors and custom-designed kitchens.
