Adi Development Group is introducing luxury waterfront living to downtown Burlington with the preview launch of Nautique Lakefront Residences this Saturday, October 24th. The event takes place inside the presentation centre at 375 Brant Street in downtown Burlington from 12pm to 5pm. It’s not too late to attend the special preview event, register now for your invitation.

Situated just east of the project site, the presentation centre is located in the heart of the Brant Street commercial strip, steps from the waterfront.

“We took up some commercial space right on the Brant Street strip which is one of the most charming little strips in the city,” said Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Developments. “You can clearly see the water from this location as well as feel the vibe of the downtown area and experience what living down there is truly going to be like.”

Inside, attendees will be able to tour a fully-furnished model suite designed by internationally renowned interior design team Cecconi Simone. The one-bedroom plus den boasts 570 square feet of living space, lots of storage, and a spacious bedroom with an ensuite that doubles as a hallway bathroom.

The suite also features a unique set of barn doors that opens the bedroom up to the living room allowing for a much larger and open living space. The doors slide on tracks allowing for a large 14 foot opening between the bedroom and living room.

When complete, the 170-unit tower will be characterized by a sleek, contemporary profile envisioned by award-winning architecture firm RAW Design. The modern aesthetic can be seen in the building’s facade where floor-to-ceiling windows are punctuated by wraparound balconies that zig zag their way up the building.

“Nautique will be an inspiring addition to the skyline,” said Roland Rom Colthoff, Principal of RAW. “Its contemporary design looks forward to the future of downtown Burlington.”

At the base of the tower is a five-storey podium that transforms the project’s multi-level parking garage with its unique design and patterned facade. The podium will also introduce a mix of double height retail spaces to Lakeshore’s pedestrian boulevard.

Suites at Nautique range in size from 452 square feet to 1,316 square feet and are available in a variety of layouts from one-bedrooms to two-bedroom plus den suites.

“There’s a price point for everybody,” said Adi. “We really wanted to create a luxurious space that all homebuyers can afford and really enjoy the downtown location which is by far the best location in the city of Burlington.”

The open concept floor plans offer bright living spaces, gourmet kitchens, and breathtaking views of the lake, city or the Niagara Escarpment through floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies or terraces.

“Everything is about connecting the indoors with the outdoors,” explained Adi. “We wanted the suites to have a sightline to the outside as soon as you open the door so it was very well thought out from that perspective.”

Residents of Nautique will also be treated to a wealth of on-site amenities including a stunning Sky Lounge on the 18th floor. As Burlington’s highest and newest vantage point, the Sky Lounge is the ideal spot for hosting cocktail parties, unwinding in the fireside lounge or taking in the 360-degree views of the lake and surrounding areas.

Other amenities include a private lakeside club, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, yoga studio, party room, outdoor pool and an expansive terrace complete with barbecue alcoves, seating areas and fire pits.
