ParkCity

Living in Burlington at ParkCity Condos by Tobyn Park Homes, future residents will have plenty of room to stretch out.

The vast Bronte Creek Provincial Park is nearby, as is a portion of Lake Ontario’s Waterfront Trail. Meanwhile, the QEW and Appleby GO Station, both close to the community, put Toronto within easy reach.

But future ParkCity residents won’t have to go for a hike to get to a bright open space or drive to have access to modern urban amenities. The four-storey, 165-unit condo features a variety of spacious floorplans catering to young professionals and families alike. It also offers a number of shared amenities including a courtyard complete with barbecue, a fitness centre, and multimedia party room.

For a better understanding of the types of units ParkCity Condos has to offer, we’ve rounded up three floorplans ranging from a one-bedroom-plus-den to a two-bedroom-plus-media below.

Green Park

The one-bedroom-plus-den Green Park layout is characterized by an open dining-and-kitchen area that features a cozy breakfast bar. The washroom is accessible from the den or bedroom, and the thoughtful 723-square-foot floorplan also boasts ample storage space with three closets.

Eaton Square

Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or raising a family, the 1,036-square-foot two-bedroom Eaton Square floorplan has every inch of space needed. With the dining area leading to the balcony, residents will be able to take in scenic Burlington over brunch, and an optional kitchen island adds to the floorplan’s flexibility.

Trafalgar Square

The versatile 796-square-foot two-bedroom Trafalgar Square layout is equally suited to work and play. A media centre towards the front of the unit can serve as a home office while the flow-through kitchen/living/dining area will make entertaining guests a breeze. With two washrooms — one’s off the master bedroom — the Trafalgar Square layout isn’t short on day-to-day conveniences either.

Though these layouts vary in size and functionality, all include balconies (or patios for first-floor residents) and ensuite laundry.

ParkCity Condominiums, which is expected to be completed in 2017, features 17 floorplans in all, with unit prices starting at $224,990.

The community’s sales centre is open Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 8pm, Friday by appointment only and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
