It was standing room only at last night’s VIP Agent event inside the 150 Redpath Condos presentation centre at Yonge and Eglinton.
Located at 2239 Yonge Street, the new sales centre was packed with real estate agents and brokers who wanted to learn more about the project and get a glimpse of the new model suite. Guests also got a taste of the project’s 24-hour Redpath Diner as the event was catered by the Redpath Diner food truck.
Situated at 150 Redpath Avenue in Toronto’s Yonge and Eglinton area, the 543-unit tower by Freed Developments and Capital Developments is the second phase of the community following the highly successful 155 Redpath Condos currently under construction. The area is bustling with activity given the scores of shops, restaurants and other entertainment and service venues in the area. It’s also a major transit hub with the Eglinton Crosstown LRT now under construction, and the Eglinton subway station underneath the Yonge-Eglinton Centre which itself is undergoing a massive redevelopment.

The model suite inside the presentation centre is a thoughtfully designed two bedroom with 714 square feet of indoor living space and a 116 square foot balcony. The gourmet kitchen, designed by Johnson Chou, comes complete with a convenient island, custom designed contemporary cabinetry, and solid surface countertops. All suites come equipped with an integrated refrigerator and dishwasher, electric cooktop and wall oven and stainless steel exhaust fan.
When complete, 150 Redpath will rise 38 storeys and feature clean and contemporary architecture by award-winning architect Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance. The modern glass structure rises from a six storey podium and includes sleek blue on crisp white accent stripes.
Atop the podium, residents will find a wealth of amenities designed for a 24-hour lifestyle. The beautiful “ice cube” infinity pool is the perfect spot for soaking up the sights, while the party room with its kitchen, bar and lounge is ideal for entertaining.
Residents will also be able to grab some late night eats at the base of the podium where the 5,000 square foot, 24-hour diner will be located. Other amenities include cabana lounges, hot tubs, showers and the luxurious On Spa area with rooms for massages, a hot stone bed and a eucalyptus steam room. There’s even the Cave, a sports bar and lounge with its own golf simulator, games tables, TVs and bar complete with beer on draught.
