After introducing several successful low-rise communities across Burlington, Adi Development Group is entering the high-rise development market with Nautique Lakefront Residences.

Scheduled to launch this fall, the 170-unit residential tower is set to become a landmark in downtown Burlington’s beautiful waterfront skyline.

“Burlington has one of the most beautiful downtowns across the GTA. There’s never been a better time to introduce a landmark like Nautique to this luxurious location,” said Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group. “Nautique is an icon, a symbol for change. It’s a landmark that will impact the way that people think about this city.”

Located at 374 Martha Street, the exterior is a contemporary design envisioned by award-winning architecture firm RAW Design that is sure to reinvigorate the formerly vacant site. The glass skin is light, fluid and boldly reflects the blue hues of the sky and lake into its rectangular grid facade.

“Nautique will be an inspiring addition to the skyline,” said Roland Rom Colthoff, Principal of RAW. “Its contemporary design looks forward to the future of downtown Burlington.”

In addition, the base of the building boasts a distinctive five-storey podium that will introduce a mix of double height retail spaces to Lakeshore’s pedestrian boulevard

“As soon as you step inside of Nautique, you can tell that something different is happening here,” said Saud Adi, COO of Adi Development Group. “We wanted to deliver a new type of home for the design-conscious buyer, offering the best amenities, the best views, and the best location in the city. The feedback for this project has been astonishing.”

To complement the sleek exterior architecture, Adi partnered with renowned interior design duo Cecconi Simone to design the luxurious interiors. The fresh, light and sophisticated palate of white marble and brushed metal accents greets homeowners into the elegant lobby and carries into the common areas.

“Adi is bringing an entirely new design perspective to this city, said Anna Simone, founding partner of Cecconi Simone. “This is a design that will stand on its own merits. It can compete on a global platform.”

The suites range in size from 452 square feet to 1,316 square feet and are available in a variety of layouts from one bedroom to two bedrooms plus den. The open concept floor plans offer bright living spaces, gourmet kitchens, and breathtaking views of the lake through floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and terraces as per plan.

Residents of Nautique will be treated to a wealth of on-site amenities starting with the luxurious Sky Lounge — Burlington’s highest and newest vantage point. Offering 360-degree views of Lake Ontario and surrounding areas, this exquisite common space is ideal for hosting cocktail parties, unwinding in the fireside lounge or enjoying a good book in the library. Other amenities include a private lakeside club, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, outdoor pool and an expansive terrace complete with barbecue alcoves, seating areas and fire pits.

Of course, with its location in downtown Burlington, residents will also have convenient access to the waterfront trail, numerous parklands and the lakeside patios and quaint boutiques that dot the neighbourhood.

“We’re excited not only to bring Nautique to market, but to spearhead a project that will be a catalyst for Burlington, a city we live in, love and are committed to its prosperous future,” said Tariq Adi.

Nautique is anticipated to open in fall 2015 with prices starting in the high $200,000s. Be sure to register online for the latest updates and VIP access to events, promos and launches.
