Just a stone’s throw from Lake Simcoe, a new townhome community from Bradley Homes is set to shore up central Barrie’s revitalization. Parkshore Village will bring 95 new homes to the burgeoning area, with prices starting at $275,000.

From the ground up, the townhomes come with a number of noteworthy features. Each home will have an open-concept basement that includes a rough bathroom and a special drainage wrap to keep any water from seeping in.

Buyers can put their own personal touches on the homes through a variety of upgrades and appliance options as well. And if the thought of picking complementary materials and colours is daunting, worry not: a meeting with a design consultant who can help with those tough decorating choices is also included in the home’s price.

The site is easily accessible by transit via the Allandale GO Station that’s just minutes away. Parkshore residents won’t need to take a bus to run all their errands, however, as grocery stores, schools, daycares and doctor’s offices are all in the area. Meanwhile, Barrie’s low crime rate — the city actually had the lowest crime severity index of any Canadian metropolis Statistics Canada surveyed last year — makes for a safe community.

A sales pavilion is opening on October 3rd, and more pricing info, a map of the site and renderings of the townhomes are all coming soon.

Potential buyers are encouraged to register online for more information about Parkshore Village.
