Visitors to River & Warren are consistently impressed by its expansive views of the New York City skyline and the Hudson River. But recently, a group of brokers got a chance to take in the reverse view, seeing the development and the burgeoning New Downtown from the river itself.

It was all part of a cocktail river cruise organized by the River & Warren sales team to show brokers the kind of luxury design that’s transforming Battery Park City.

Upper West Side brokers were whisked down the Hudson to Battery Park City, enjoying refreshments and hors d’oeuvres on the sunny summer evening. They passed Midtown West and several coveted Downtown Manhattan neighborhoods before getting a full view of the newly revitalized Battery Park City.

Manhattan buildings are often difficult to fully appreciate, as they can be veiled by their tall neighbors, but this excursion offered brokers a fully unobstructed view of River & Warren, and then a stunning sunset from inside the CetraRuddy designed model residences.

“We have found that buyers looking on the Upper West Side have also been looking at River & Warren and we wanted to show Upper West Side brokers what their buyers have been excited about: sprawling residences, expansive water views, and a burgeoning neighborhood enclave,” said John Tashjian, Principal at Centurion Real Estate Partners, one half of the developer duo that is rounded out by Five Mile Capital Partners.

“River & Warren is the most luxurious development in Battery Park City and a relative bargain compared to the inventory-starved Upper West Side,” Tashjian added.

Indeed, Battery Park City is claiming its place as a luxury real estate hotspot in Manhattan. A frenzied sales pace at River & Warren brought the development to over 80 percent sold in just a few months, achieving some of the highest prices ever in the submarket. The development also recently announced The Tower Residence Collection, a carefully-curated selection of high-floor condominiums, featuring iconic city, park, and Hudson River views.

“CetraRuddy has carefully curated these residences to make each one unique, and buyers are drawn to River & Warren’s exceptional architectural renovation as well as the surrounding area which has experienced tremendous growth with the resurgence of Downtown. There’s never been a better time to live in Battery Park City,” said Tashjian.

Located at 212 Warren Street in the northernmost part of Battery Park City, River & Warren features 169 two, three, four, and five-bedroom residences with dramatic panoramic views of the Hudson River, Rockefeller and Teardrop Parks, and the Midtown skyline.

Residents will be able to take advantage of a wide range of amenities at River & Warren, including a full time doorman and concierge, fitness center, playroom, roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, and private storage.
