Summer may be coming to an end, but things are just heating up at Adi Development Group. With Mod’rn Condos now complete and Nautique Lakefront Residences coming this fall, Tariq Adi, the company’s CEO, and COO Saud Adi along with the rest of the Adi team have a lot to celebrate.
The brothers kicked off construction at a recent groundbreaking event at Link2 Condos + Lofts by hosting a neighbourhood block party packed with food trucks, kids games and a live band. Surrounded by community members, local media and the Adi team, Tariq Adi thanked the crowd for attending the event.
“This is a very special moment for our company and for the community as well,” said Tariq. “It’s been a fantastic opportunity to bring our vision to this community.”
Adi selected the Toronto-based architecture firm RAW Design to bring that vision to life. It was a natural fit, considering that RAW is known for its unique, modern and contemporary mid-rises.
Boasting articulated exterior architecture marked by large windows, balconies, and splashes of colour, Link2 Condos + Lofts promises to bring a touch of urban design to Burlington. The community consists of four six-storey condo buildings linked by a series of bridges that surround a professionally landscaped central courtyard. Featuring a tranquil parterre garden, stone pathways and mature trees, the lush outdoor space slopes down towards Bronte Creek, providing residents a direct link to nature.
“Its called Link because it not only links the buildings, but links the entire community together,” explained Tariq. “It links the city to architecture and nature, and it’s really going to be something special.”
Inside, homes feature Adi’s exclusive “IntelliSpace” design aesthetic which maximizes space, allows for an abundance of natural light, and delivers modern style, comfort and quality.
The suites are also well-appointed with nine foot ceilings, plank laminate floors in main living areas and plush broadloom in bedrooms. Kitchens are outfitted with designer cabinets, polished quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
A two-storey Lifestyle Amenity Centre houses a fully-equipped fitness centre, cold and hot spa plunge pools, and a dining room with demonstration kitchen. A spectacular terrace completes the exterior with a water feature, lounging areas, and breathtaking ravine views. Other amenities include a public plaza with upscale retail and cafes, as well as a convenient car share program.
With construction now starting, now is the time to visit the beautiful presentation centre and model suite located on-site at 5210 Dundas Street West, open Monday to Wednesday from 2pm to 7pm, Thursday and Friday by appointment and weekends from 12pm to 5pm.
