Video games from decades ago are making a comeback in Mountain View real estate. Apartment floor plans are named after video games at Tera in Grant-Sylvan Park neighborhood, a 149-unit development by Lennar Family Communities.
There are 10 different plan variations and renters can take their pick from the Zelda, Pac, Q*bert and Tetris, just to name a few. One- to two-bedroom apartments for rent range from 685 square feet and top out with the Kong plan at a sizable 1,264 square feet. Prices start from $3,150 up to $4,995.
Tera is currently under construction and, once its doors open, will offer its tenants an “intelligent residence,” according to the development’s official site.

Apartments include stainless-steel appliances, spacious open plans, in-unit washer and dryer, private balconies and gourmet kitchens for everyday living. Tenants will have access to blanket Wi-Fi, a fitness center, parking, pool, hot tub, STLT co-working spaces and more.
