The floorplans for phase two have not yet been released, however, they’re likely to resemble those of phase one. A few single family homes are also coming to The Heritage Collection — be on the lookout for the floorplans when they are unveiled in early fall.
While the area has an abundance of rolling hills and farmland, there are many convenient amenities nearby such as restaurants, shopping malls, big-box retailers, parks and golf courses. There are also public and private schools within the municipality for children of all ages. Highway 404 is just down the road and the East Gwillimbury GO Station is accessible as well.
The sales centre is located at 19040 Leslie Street, just south of Mount Albert Road in East Gwillimbury. It is currently closed, but will reopen for the launch of phase two — stay tuned for details. For now, prospective buyers are encouraged to register online for priority access.
