updated heritage collection rendering-compressed The dog days of summer are upon us — at the moment, it’s difficult to imagine ourselves wearing knitwear and sipping pumpkin spice lattes, but autumn will be here soon enough. This year, cooler temperatures mean the release of phase two of The Heritage Collection in East Gwillimbury. Reception to the traditional and rear-lane townhome development by Rodeo Fine Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. Phase one sold out completely during the recent VIP sales event. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to live in Sharon Village, a vibrant new community with natural and cultural heritage.

Priced from the mid $400,000s, the multi-storey towns are characterized by brick and stone exteriors, nine foot ceilings on the main floor, oak stairs and solid oak railings, hardwood flooring, tall upper cabinets in the kitchen and double sinks and separate tub and shower in the master ensuite, as per plan.

The floorplans for phase two have not yet been released, however, they’re likely to resemble those of phase one. The three-bedroom rear lane towns range from 1,708 to 2,038 square feet and feature walk-in closets, optional electric fireplaces, spacious garages, great rooms, studies, kitchen islands with breakfast bar seating, pantries, cathedral ceilings and balconies, covered porches and porticos, as per plan.

heritage collection site plan-compressed The three to four bedroom traditional towns include 1,509 to 2,356 square feet of high-functioning living spaces that boast inviting family rooms, roomy kitchens, sunken foyers, computer nooks, dens, French doors and laundry rooms, as per plan. A few single family homes are also coming to The Heritage Collection — be on the lookout for the floorplans when they are unveiled in early fall.

While the area has an abundance of rolling hills and farmland, there are many convenient amenities nearby such as restaurants, shopping malls, big-box retailers, parks and golf courses. There are also public and private schools within the municipality for children of all ages. Highway 404 is just down the road and the East Gwillimbury GO Station is accessible as well.

The sales centre is located at 19040 Leslie Street, just south of Mount Albert Road in East Gwillimbury. It is currently closed, but will reopen for the launch of phase two — stay tuned for details. For now, prospective buyers are encouraged to register online for priority access.
