A 1932 Art Deco house with vibrant colors is set to hold its first open on Saturday, August 1st at Ord and 17th Street in Corona Heights. Positioned on a hill, the 2,850 square foot home at 99 Ord Street has received recognition by the Art Deco Society of California for historic preservation of exterior and interior details.

The listing price has not been confirmed, but is expected to be somewhere between $2.5 and $3 million.

Beitzel and his partner Joan Loeffler are co-listing the three-bedroom, three-bath home. The main section of the house has two master suites and an attached guest apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom with separate entrance. Standing two stories tall, the garage is enormous and could allow for multiple uses.

Rooms are grand scale, including a barrel ceiling in the living area and dining room hand-painted beams. The house features a sun porch, updated kitchen with professional range and a breakfast room which was likely a former bedroom.
