For residents of Eastpark at 35th Avenue and Main Street, Vancouver’s lush Queen Elizabeth Park is the backyard and trendy Little Mountain is the neighbourhood.
When it’s completed in 2017, the five-storey building will be comprised of one- and two-bedroom flats and penthouses, and two- and three-bedroom townhomes.
Eastpark‘s exterior is by Taylor Kurtz Architecture + Design while the interiors are being handled by BYU Design. Beyond that, details are limited at this point, but we can tell you that the sales program is scheduled to commence later this summer. Interested buyers are encouraged to register here for more information and to be among the first to know about the upcoming sales launch.
Of course, you needn’t wait for a sales centre to open to get yourself acquainted with Eastpark‘s sought-after Main Street location. Besides being only a block from one of Vancouver’s most iconic parks, residents will also be within easy walking distance of dozens of boutique shops, independent cafes, trendy eateries, transit options, bike routes, recreational facilities — including the Hillcrest Community Centre — and green spaces.
Stay tuned to BuzzBuzzHome News as we will have lots more intel on home and building features in the coming weeks.
