Burrad Place Skyfront

Behold! Your latest rendered preview of Skyfront, the tallest of two residential towers that will make up the highly-anticipated Burrard Place development in downtown Vancouver.

When it’s completed, Skyfront will stand some 54 storeys above ground, making it the third tallest building in the city behind the Shangri-La and Trump Tower. It will also be more than 25 storeys taller than any of the surrounding buildings.

The mixed-use development, being developed by Reliance Properties and Jim Pattison Developments, will include more than 800 residential units, market rental units, a grocery story and a third 13-storey office tower. Indeed, Burrard Place is being characterized as the city’s largest project since the Woodward’s redevelopment.

The site is currently being prepped for construction, which is anticipated to begin in January 2016. Want to be a part of this landmark development? Register here to be among the first to know about the upcoming sales program.
