Just a few months ago, crews were still working on the main floor of the project where the lobby, lounge and pet grooming amenities will be located. The ramp for the underground parking level was also being poured while construction on the second floor decking was still in the early stages.
Today, Fabrik is really starting to take shape now that construction has passed the second floor amenities area. This level will house the management office, games room, screening room and one of the outdoor amenity areas. From here on in, crews will start pouring concrete for the residential floors above.

When completed, the 17-storey condominium will feature distinctive ‘stacked glass’ architecture by the award-winning Giannone Petricone Associates as well as 4,200 square feet of ground floor retail space. The 171-unit development will also offer a host of lifestyle amenities including a fitness area, party lounge, pet spa and a professionally landscaped 12th floor terrace complete with barbecues, seating areas and stunning views.
Suites at Fabrik start in the mid-$300,000s and come well-equipped with nine foot ceilings, quartz countertops and a European-style appliance package with built-in, custom panelled refrigerator and dishwasher, slide-in stainless steel range with glass cooktop, stainless steel microwave oven and an integrated exhaust fan.
Occupancy at Fabrik is slated for spring 2016.
