The seminar took place at The Craftsman’s sales centre on Lakeshore Road West, with the aim of helping potential condo-owners prepare for the move.
One of the speakers was Jessica Frutti, sales project manager at VANDYK. She gave the audience a general overview of the residence’s suites and amenities. Frutti also informed the guests about Toronto’s current housing market.
Also speaking at the event was Drew Pallett, vice president, investment advisor and portfolio manager at RBC Dominion Securities. He chatted to the crowd about generating tax-efficient income from real estate investments.
Design and organization specialists were also at the event to tell guests about how they can make the most out of their condo units, should they decide to buy. Seeing as many condo buyers are downsizing from a larger family home, Linda Vanderkolk, principal at Clutter B Gone, was at the event to lend some tips on how to keep a smaller space clean and organized.
In a similar vein, Krystallee Lalsin, coordinator at VANDYK’s decor studio, showcased multi-functional furniture options ideal for condo living. She also gave guests a rundown of the one-on-one decor customization process available to residents of The Craftsman.
The event wrapped up with a Q&A session, refreshments and time to socialize with VANDYK reps.
