Until today, only two other renderings of the building had been revealed — a night scene glittering with city lights and a daytime view of the building. Both renderings featured 150 Redpath along with its sister tower, 155 Redpath.
Now, condo hunters can get a better look at what’s in store for the second tower in Freed Developments and CD Capital’s two-tower community.
At 38 storeys, 150 Redpath will be the tallest building at Yonge and Eglinton being offered in 2015. Suites will boast panoramic views of Yonge and Eglinton and the downtown skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows. Standard suites feature nine-foot ceilings while penthouse suites will boast 10-foot ceilings. When residents and guests enter the building, they will be greeted by a double-height lobby (pictured below).
With 543 units, 150 Redpath will contain 107 more units than its sister tower, which has 436 units and broke ground earlier this year. The development will also feature three townhouses and six two-storey lofts with spacious terraces.
The Yonge and Eglinton area is a Toronto hub, teeming with shops, restaurants and transit options. Residents will be well-connected to the rest of the city with the Eglinton subway station and the LRT both at arm’s length.
150 Redpath is set to launch this fall. Stay tuned for sales updates and more details coming soon!
