The ranch spans six counties of North Texas, and is 510,527 acres.
Many thousands of additional acres are suitable to be farmed. The ranch is principally watered by live creeks, large earthen ponds and pivots. Several huge lakes are also located on the ranch, and cover from over 1,000 surface acres to as much as 16,000 surface acres each.
There are over 1,000 producing oil wells on the Waggoner Estate Ranch. Approximately 41.67 percent of the entire mineral estate will convey with the property.
