Features will include nine foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, natural stone countertops, ceramic tiles, engineered hardwood flooring and designer cabinetry. “The bathroom vanities are custom designed with a drawer and give the illusion that they are wall mounted,” noted Maggiacomo.

Condos are priced from $179,900 and stacked townhomes from the low $200,000s. Pricing for freehold townhomes will be available soon. Danforth Square is located at 250 Danforth Road in Toronto’s east end, a well-established neighbourhood dotted with retail shops, restaurants, kid-friendly services, schools and numerous parks and playgrounds.
