Pinnacle International has announced a new phase of Pinnacle Uptown, its master-planned community in Mississauga. The newest condominium in the neighbourhood will be called Amber and it’s currently in the registration phase at Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue West.
As is the case with the entire Uptown community, residents at Amber will have easy access to spacious parks like Kingsbridge Commons, Huron Heights and McKechnie Woods. The building will be just a five minute drive from downtown Mississauga, so potential buyers don’t have to choose between urban city life and a more tranquil neighbourhood setting.
News of Amber comes just a couple of months after residents began moving into Crystal, the first phase of the Pinnacle Uptown community. With its floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in closets, spacious balconies and other high-end features, the high quality architecture and design at Crystal signals a promising future for potential buyers of Amber.
Pinnacle has been busy building in Mississauga for several years. The builder currently has several developments underway, including Pinnacle Grand Park 2 and The Marquee Townhomes, which is also part of the Pinnacle Uptown community. The first phase of Pinnacle Grand Park was completed and began occupancy in 2014.
Prices for Amber start in the mid $200,000s. Register now at Pinnacle Uptown’s website.
