In Southwestern Ontario, Fusion Homes has earned the appreciation of home buyers with its recent Tarion Award win. The developer took home the Ontario Builder of the Year in the Large Volume Builder category (more than 100 possessions per year), making it the the only builder to receive the honour six times in the low-rise division.
The Tarion Awards of Excellence recognize Ontario new home builders for their customer service, basing the results of extensive surveys of recent purchasers.
Fusion Homes has been a finalist eight times and picked up the Award of Excellence in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014, in addition to its most recent win.
“We put our homeowners at ease by always maintaining complete transparency, involving them throughout the process, and making certain that they are fully informed and never surprised,” said Lee Piccoli, the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
“As a team, we commit ourselves each day to self-improvement and to exceeding expectations in order to ensure that the Fusion Homes experience is one rooted in excellence and integrity and that our homeowners’ trust has been well-placed.”
Fusion Homes was established in 1999 by Lee Piccoli and has since grown across the province, with projects currently underway in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Tillsonburg and London.
