This time around, we’re happy to report that Tower B — the first of the two towers — is now fully enclosed. Inside the 12-storey building, drywall installation has started up to the third floor, while work on interior partitions have now reached level six.
Construction on Tower A has also been progressing well with the building now topped off and windows installed halfway up the 20-storey structure. Crews have been working at a rate of one floor per week, so we expect Tower A to be fully enclosed within 10 to 12 weeks.
We also took a peek at the large covered parking area that will be available for customers of the ground level retail units. The developer has a few potential tenants in mind for these spaces, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
When completed later this year, Perspective Condos will consist of two Turner Fleischer Architects-designed glass towers connected by an elegant podium base. The development also boasts a long list of amenities including an indoor pool, expansive rooftop terrace, state-of-the-art fitness centre, golf simulator, home theatre and billiards room.
Its location on Scarlett Road and Eglinton Avenue West means that residents will also be close to many local amenities including James Gardens Park, the Humber River Valley and both Lambton Golf and Country Club and Scarlett Woods Golf Course. It’s also a quick ride over to the shops and restaurants at Bloor West Village, Toronto Pearson International Airport and downtown Toronto.
Suites at Perspective Condos start at $308,900 and include parking and a locker.
