Averton Square to unveil three new model homes this weekend in Niagara-on-the-Lake

Averton Homes is getting set to open three brand new model homes in Averton Square this Saturday, April 18th at 11am sharp.

Visitors attending the Model Home Grand Opening will get the chance to win a two night stay for two at one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Vintage Hotels, complete with breakfast, dinner and two winery tasting passes. Those who purchase a home this weekend will also receive a $250 Vintage Hotels gift card applicable at the Prince of Wales, Queen’s Landing or the Pillar and Post Hotel.

Located in picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, Averton Square consists of a four-storey condominium building, flanked by professionally landscaped grounds and surrounded by a collection of 20 upscale bungalows.

Two bungalow model homes and a two bedroom plus den condominium suite will be available to view at the presentation centre located at 120 John Street West.
