This February was the coldest month on record in Montreal. The harsh winter weather drove many of us indoors, to peruse new developments online from the comfort of the couch (while wrapped up in blankets, of course).

The top two spots on our list went to long-standing favourites but there were also a handful of newcomers, such as YUL Condos and Lofts de Gaspé. The downtown core, Old Port and Saint-Henri proved to be the most popular neighbourhoods among potential buyers — perhaps because of their easy access to the métro, which is of utmost importance when it’s -25℃.
