The Shore North Vancouver condos

Searching for a new home in rugged and beautiful North Vancouver? Adera is getting set to release homes in the third phase of The Shore master-planned community beside Mosquito Creek. Previews will begin on Saturday, March 28th, followed shortly thereafter by the sales launch.

The new release will include the last creekside-facing homes, a limited number of south-facing homes, more roof deck and patio level homes, larger three-bedroom and three-bedroom plus den homes, as well as a few more of the highly sought-after three-bedroom Hollyburn Plan homes. Nearly half of the units have been engineered to accommodate a two-person hut tub, while patio and roof deck homes can host a larger hot tub — one of the options in Adera‘s i.D. By Me home personalization program.

Like the two before it, The Shore‘s third building is wood-frame and features Adera‘s Superior Acoustic Specification (SAS) system, which dampens sound between apartments as well as, if not better than concrete construction. This is achieved through enlarged air gaps in the sound attenuation mat and increased material thickness and gaskets. A cut-away model is on display at the presentation centre.

The Shore also stands out for it’s peaceful North Vancouver location, away from cacophony of major roads and arterial streets. The buildings themselves are all set back from one another for added privacy, while the European-style piazza with outdoor seating provides a place for friends and neighbours to mingle. As for onsite amenities, all residents enjoy access to the West Coast Club, which boasts a fully-equipped fitness centre, yoga studio and social lounge. The Shore also has public art installations and enjoys direct access to the neighbouring Trans Canada Trail.

You can preview the new release of homes before they go on sale by registering online here or by calling the sales team at 604 980 0016. The presentation centre is open daily from 12pm to 5pm at 106 – 733 West 3rd Street in North Vancouver.
