ravine enterance “Organic architecture” is the concept behind The Ravine, a master-planned community in North York abutting 980 acres of protected ravines and parkland. The Urban Capital and ALIT development, intended to be an extension of its surroundings, will feature a glass and aluminium tower as well as a three storey stone base with cantilevered slabs.

The theme of nature is extended to the interiors thanks to Cecconi Simone, who created modern, harmonious custom designs for the suites and amenity spaces. The residence will include one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom plus den and three bedroom plus den layouts, priced from the mid $200,000s. The open-concept suites are characterized by wide plank laminate flooring, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, frameless glass showers and balconies or patios.

suite design The Ravine will boast over 4,600 square feet of social and recreational amenity space, including a fitness centre, golf simulator, dog washing station, bicycle repair area and a party room with a kitchen, lounge, dining area and wet bar. There are also two outdoor terraces where residents can entertain their guests. The ground floor terrace will feature oversized planters, a fireplace, TV and comfortable lounge seating. The rooftop terrace on the eighth floor will have barbecues, dining areas, a fire pit, sundeck and an outdoor yoga studio.
