Located at 110 First Street in the Powerhouse Arts District, the 36-story project by BLDG, Ares Management and Urban Development Partners will offer 439 studio to three-bedroom units.
The interiors will have white oak flooring, GE and Bosch appliances, walnut cabinetry, white quartz kitchen countertops, white porcelain tile in the kitchens and bathrooms with porcelain flooring.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym with yoga studio, home theater room, children’s playroom, virtual golf, resident lounge with catering kitchen and billiards, sky lounge, sun deck, outdoor pool and landscaped rooftop terrace with lawn area and barbecue pit. Residents also get an on-site parking garage, with easy access to a dog walk and public park.
The Marketing Directors will be handling marketing and leasing.
The long-awaited project broke ground on the site of a historic warehouse in 2013, The Jersey Journal reported. The building will have approximately 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, with 155 feet of frontage on First Street and 94 feet on Warren Street. The project was approved for more than 450 units in early 2008.
